Since January 2018 Mike Smith and Steve Root, with the help of the Letting Team, have been working hard to improve the everyday running of M & M Properties Lettings Office with the intention of delivering a better user experience for their clients. Payments on line, and the maintenance reporting platform, have already been introduced, both of which have proved very successful. Since March the company has been looking to add a further full time member of staff to the Maintenance Department to enable the renewal of contract process to be improved upon. We are pleased to announce that Angela Ziemelis started with the company on the 4th June offering nine years of experience in the private rental sector.
The renewal process for the last five years has been headed up by Christopher Hollins, and Chris will now be working with Karen Sirett to provide a full new ‘HEALTH CHECK’ for our Landlords on renewal to ensure they are fully up to date with legislation changes, added products to enhance the letting experience, and of course to maximise their investment. We expect this new process to come on line in early August.
