Here at M & M we are constantly striving to achieve the highest standards in our profession, and ensure that every client whether they are a buying, selling, letting or renting through us are given the highest standard of customer service. This has been more important than ever during the last three months. With the office closed for seven weeks we continued to look after our landlords and tenants with a small dedicated team of Mike, Steve, Chris, Karen and Angela, and our sales office was run from home by Michael.
They all worked tirelessly to keep M & M running, then since the office was allowed to re-open, and the whole team returned to work it’s fair to say that they ‘hit the ground running’ and have achieved amazing results in the number of properties let and sold. Thomas and Tom have achieved exceptional results in Lettings, as has Michael on Sales helped by Caroline and our newest member of the M & M Team Lee who joined us last week as a trainee sales negotiator. Special mention must also go to Trudi in accounts, and Sarah & Tracy in the Lettings Office, who are all vital members of the team.
