In accordance with government Covid-19 guidelines we have closed our office.
90% of our staff have been allocated to remain safely at home to ensure their health and welfare and avoid unnecessary travel.
The remaining 10% skeleton staff are either working from home or a secure premises operating two metre-plus social distancing rules and strict hygiene safeguarding procedures.
We have in place a dedicated small back-office operation, where we can now remotely help our tenants who still need to be able to contact us with issues like payment of rent concerns, and vital maintenance issues such as a broken boiler, and our landlords to maintain safety items for example gas safety certificates which are required by law. We continue to provide a keyholder service when emergency and safety work needs doing to our landlords’ properties.
We are committed to dealing with genuine tenant emergencies or severe-need situations remotely. The safety of our staff, the contractors we employ, and the tenants who’s homes they are entering is our absolute priority.
